2. Eligibility

Participation is open worldwide.
Participants must be at least 16 years old.
A valid OnPlug account is required.
Participants must comply with all published contest rules.
Only content that the participant is authorized to use may be submitted.

3. Contest Entries

Entries must be primarily created using AI music generation tools.
Entries must be original works.
No copyright infringement is permitted.
No illegal, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Tracks must be uploaded to KiBeats.com and submitted via the required track URL.

4. License Granted

Participants retain ownership of their submitted works. By submitting an entry, participants grant GAC and KiBeats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, stream, promote, archive, and publish submitted entries solely in connection with the contest.

5. Voting

Public and/or jury voting may be used.
Vote manipulation is strictly prohibited.
Use of bots, scripts, VPN abuse, proxy abuse, or automated voting systems is prohibited.
Fraudulent votes may be removed without notice.
All decisions regarding vote validity are final.

6. Disqualification

Vote manipulation.
Use of automated systems.
Submission of non-original content.
Copyright violations.
Violation of contest rules.

7. Acceptable Use

No unauthorized access attempts.
No malicious software uploads.
No abuse, harassment, or threats against other users.
